CPM Design/Build Project Delivery
Owner manages only one contact with a single point of responsibility; designer and the contractor are on the same team, providing unified recommendations, rather than excuses.
Traditional project delivery
Owner must manage two separate contracts; owner becomes middleman, settling disputes between the designer and the contractor. Designer and contractor can easily blame each other for cost overruns, design conflicts and other problems.

CPM has been building green for 20 years, so we know a lot about building sustainably.
We avoid using unsustainable materials wherever possible, and can provide a range of eco-conscious alternatives that will achieve the same look and feel. Our materials are traceable to source, which means we know the journey each product takes before it reaches your building site. We work with New Zealand suppliers wherever possible - we have some of the best technology in the world for producing building products, so let’s make the most of it!
Supporting local suppliers also allows us to carefully control the quality of our materials, and work with tried and tested businesses throughout our supply chain.
